my best advice for a new player is to start of cheap just to make sure they injoy the game as much as they think they do and make sure you have friends that love it as well so you always have someone to go out and have a good time with. |

The best advice I can offer to a new player is to PLAY! Don't worry about what gear you have, what someone else thinks about your equipment, or whether or not you're playing woodsball, speedball, or whatever. Get out, enjoy yourself, be safe, and above all have FUN! Eventually you'll find the niche you fit into, and then you can start specializing and dumping the kind of ca$h into the sport that those of us that have been around for a long time seem to do... I've been playing for 10 years or so, and have put thousands of dollars into this sport, and I wouldn't trade a penny for all the fun, adventures, and friendships I've had. See you in the middle ;) |

don't quit just because your mom says that you'll never become the next ollie lang. keep at it and maybe one day you will become the next great player. |
